NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing held by the Shoreham Village Planning Commission on June 29, 2022, at 7:00 P.M, at the Shoreham Village Hall, 2120 Brown School Road, St. Joseph, MI, to consider the revisions and amendments to the current zoning ordinance as well as changes to the zoning map: Click to view...
 
Proposed zoning changes are being considered for Properties listed below:  
1. Change parcel 11-43-0003-0109-00-1, 1986 Brown School Road, St. Joseph. The proposed change is for the portion of the parcel which currently indicates no zoning to R-2, Suburban Residential.
2. Change parcel 11-43-0003-0014-00-0, 3025 S. Lakeshore Drive, St. Joseph. The proposed change is from R-2, Suburban Residential to C-1, Conservancy District.
3. Change parcel 11-43-0003-0015-04-9, no assigned address, St. Joseph.  The proposed change is from  R-2, Suburban Residential to C-1, Conservancy District.
4. Change parcel 11-43-0003-0013-01-1, no assigned address, St. Joseph. The proposed change is from R-2, Suburban Residential to C-1, Conservancy District.
 
Applicant is: Village of Shoreham Planning Commission
Persons interested are requested to be present.  Pertinent information relative to the proposed rezoning is on file at the Village Hall and may be examined by contacting the Village Clerk, Stephanie Clarke, 269-932-8956 or [email protected].   The information can also be found online at the Village website www.shorehamvillagemi.org. Persons interested may contact the Planning Commission by telephone at 269-932-8956 or attend the Public Hearing on the date specified.  Written comments are also welcome.
